Terms of use

The rules for using the site, booking lessons and paying.

Last updated: October 2026

  1. 1What the service is

The site gives access to one-to-one online English lessons, learning materials, quizzes and tests, chat with the teacher and other features of the personal cabinet.

  2. 2Your account

Give true information and do not share access to your cabinet with other people. You are responsible for actions under your account. If you think your password has become known to others, change it and tell the teacher.

  3. 3Lessons and cancellation

Lessons take place online through the link in your schedule. Cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours before it starts and it is not lost. A lesson missed without notice may be charged.

  4. 4Payment

Lessons are paid for in packs at the prices on the Prices page. After a successful payment the lessons are added to your balance in the cabinet. Refunds for unused lessons are agreed with the teacher.

  5. 5Rules of conduct

Respect the teacher and other users. Do not post illegal, offensive or harmful content, try to break into the site or bypass its limits, or share closed materials outside the site.

  6. 6Materials

The learning materials, quizzes and texts on the site belong to the teacher. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy or distribute them without permission.

  7. 7AI features

The AI tutor, essay check and other artificial intelligence features give hints and can make mistakes. They do not replace the teacher, and the final grade and feedback come from the teacher.

  8. 8Liability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The result of learning also depends on your own effort and regular lessons.

  9. 9Changes and contact

These terms may change; the current version is always here. For any questions write to us through the Contact page.
